JAKARTA, KalderaNews.com – To facilitate the career development of the MBA students, the TIAS MBA program offers the Personal and Career Development Program (PCDP) parallel to the academic courses in the school year. The PCDP would match students with Personal Coaches who have expertise in the industry the students would like to develop in.
“And that really is to help the students have more self-awareness, to develop their skills and competences and really to help them create a realistic career plan,” said Gretchen Van Der Spek, Director of Alumni Relations and Head of Career Development at TIAS.
“And in this Personal and Career Development Program, we start with a very important part, which is building class value,” said Marleen Croonen, Senior Career Consultant of the Full-time MBA Program.
